Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Snowmass Free plan is available at no cost for up to 5 active clients. Since there is no payment, no refund is applicable. We encourage all potential customers to try our Free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription.

2. Standard Plan Subscription

Standard plan subscriptions are billed annually in advance. The subscription fee is based on your selected client tier ($10 per client per year). You can upgrade your tier at any time, with changes taking effect at the next billing period.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time Standard plan subscribers. This guarantee applies only to your initial subscription purchase.

  • Must be your first Standard plan subscription
  • Refund request must be made within 30 days of initial payment
  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • After refund, your account will revert to the Free plan

4. No Pro-Rated Refunds

After the 30-day money-back period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to Standard plan features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of your subscription.

5. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your Standard plan subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not auto-renew at the next billing date
  • You will retain access to Standard features until your billing period ends
  • After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan
  • Your data will be retained but client limits will apply

6. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, go to Account Settings > Subscription and click 'Cancel Subscription.' You will receive a confirmation email. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@snowmass.io to request cancellation.

7. After Cancellation

When your subscription ends or is cancelled:

  • Your account will revert to the Free plan (limited to 5 active clients)
  • Historical data will be retained and accessible
  • Third-party integrations may be disabled
  • You can resubscribe at any time to restore Standard features

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day money-back period, contact our support team at support@snowmass.io with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
